The darkness surounded her, she could hear the screams of thousands of innocents being slaughterd around her, but could do nothing to help them. Even what little light her lightsaber gave off was engulfed by the darkness. Nothing could penetrate it.
What's going on? she thought. Why is this happening?
Why don't you ask yourself that, Jedi, a voice hissed in her head.
What do you mean? Kat asked back warrily.
All this is your doing. All of this is your fault, the voice replied.
How? Kat thought. How could I be the cause of all this?
The voice didn't reply, so Kat started to walk towards the closest of the screaming voices. Just before she got there chains sprung up out of the floor and grasped her wrists and ankles! You will never escape Jedi. NEVER!!!
"NO!!" Kat cried and sat up in her bed. "No," she wispered again laying back down. "It was just a dream," she wispered to herself trying to catch her breath. "Just a dream," she wispered one more time as she drifted back off to sleep.
