Tom slumped onto his cot. His mind filled of the woman so far away. He had left because of her. He fought so hard to keep her from him... but failed... or so he thought. That day he saw them.
Tom shifted in his bed as the sheets rumpled around him. He blinked. Why... why.... the Message she sent him said she wasnt, but he saw... Karyanna....
He used the techniques he had learned from his misteress to relax and he stared onto the ceiling. The way she looked the last time he saw her was the vision he saw with his eyes open... the Image of her and him embracing was the sight he saw when he closed his eyes. Perhaps sleep could wait.
