I have this magic sword that I inherited from my father. The sword has magic that can protect the owner against all sword clashes. I call it Ragnorak. (I know it's from Final Fantasy but it's all I could come up with.) I heard that you also had a powerful magic sword and that you don't allow many others to carry magical swords. With your permission, I would like to keep it with me.

Sorry for interupting, but by the magic of the sword are you saying the owner can't get hurt? By any other sword?

DT wouldn't be the best person to ask right now. He's a Dark Jedi.

No, it's just that the sword can't break during combat. The sword itself does not prevent injury.

I wouldn't make the sword so invulnerable. Almost every weapon, save the Sun Crusher can be destroyed somehow.

It's only Unbreakable when the user is holding it. If the sword is not being touched by the owner anything can happen to it.

Yes, DT is a Dark Jedi.

Now in regards to the sword... if it cant be explained with the Force, it's not possible. Explain it with the Force, your on safer ground

It doesn't involve the force. It belonged to my father and he wasn't a Jedi.

What if I did an RPG playing my father and like going through a storyline showing how he got the sword?

Or you could explain it like this (I use this reason for my swords that I use off and on):

the sword has a small power generator, that produces a magnetic field (If I'm not mistaken, a lightsabre produces one that holds the energy in the shape of the blade, and another magnetic field, on a sword blade, could block a lightsabre's). Tell me if that would work. I think it's a fairly good idea for a 13 year old with no knowledge of much technology like that. :D

that's a good idea but it sounds like it's been done before.

The proper spelling would be "Ragnarok". And it's not from any Final Fantasy game: It's from Norse Mythology. Ragnarok is the Norse equivilant of Doomsday, when Loki would break free from his infernal prison and proceed to ravage the world.

Final Fantasy took MOST of thier stuff from mythology

Indeed. A good amount of it being Norse, with a healthy mixing of early Asian stories.

Who cares? At least it's good stuff.

Actually I was talking about myself with the 13 year old comment.
