I am requesting to be trained as a Jedi Padawan.

I realize my request was very bland and to-the-point, but I'd like to still be considered for training. I've asked around for a master in three seperate forums to no avail.

And I realize the signature states Jedi Knight, but that was made before I realized I would have to start as a Padawan. Don't mind it. I won't use it until I reach Knighthood.

IC: A small figure wearing robes appeared in the Temple hallway.. the old creature resembled Yoda's species. The little man looked at the visitor, and greeted him on his approach..

"Greetings young one. I sense you wish to become a Jedi.. why is it you wish so..?"

"Aside from coming from a long line of Jedi Knights, I feel obligated to use my gift in the Force to helps others rather than harm them -- as I would undoubtedly be condemned to do if I let myself wander undirected, and eventually find myself snared by the dark side.

"I was trained briefly by my father, a Jedi Knight, until he fell ill and died. I have only now, after many years, returned to seek the Jedi path."

The man, looking to be in his late twenties, possibly early thirties, bowed generously to the stout Master Jedi.

OOC - I play a Guardsman Kir Kanos, as well, but I am willing to give the character up if need be. My priority lies with the Jedi.

OOC - No need for a master, I won't really be using Varen Windu. The character doesn't exist any longer. I'll just play Kir Kanos, who is Force-sensitive and resents the dark side, so I may pursue a career as a Jedi or NR military tactician along the line.
