Hello to all Jedi at the Greater Jedi Order. I wish to be trained as a Jedi here. Do I have to pass a test of some sort to enter the Academy, or do I just post a question like this one here?

Nope, you pretty much did exactly what was needed. :)

One of the Academy coordinators should be along to help with the details, but bascially, you are accepted into the Order as as a padawan. You will learn the ways of the Force from a Jedi Master that you will be assigned to. You can also participate in training at the academy with Knights and other padawans.

Beyond that, feel free to look around and talk with people.
