Rainbows

[Loki Kale]

*Loki Kale appears in a flash of light. She looks to be about 8 years of age. She wears a long white robe that reaches just to the bottom of her feet, with a hood that covers her face. Mysterious scripts run down the edges of her robe, which are in gold, the background a royal purple. She holds out her hands, after shaking back the long sleeves, and pulls back her hood with her long, delicate fingers. Holding out her hands, palms up, she bows her head. Her white blonde hair falls over her shoulders, revealing her pointed ears, and she closes her soft and bright blue eyes. Loki begins to hum an ancient sounding tune, and the forest around her becomes silent. Drafts rustle the leaves on trees, and the ground. The river water flows gently, and a soft rain begins. Soon after, the sun peeks through the clouds. Loki's hands drop to her sides, the rain stops and she casts her gaze skyward. A rainbow is there, and she smiles. Loki's childlike giggle is heard in the minds of those nearby, sentient and non alike.*

[Warren Azalin]

"Welcome...."

A voice pierced the silence as the newcomer turned towards the sound of the voice. There standing tall was a man dressed in Jedi Garbs.

"I am Jedi Master Warren Azalin, the Academy Coordinator. I shall be the one helping to find you a Master..."

[Nash Stolar]

*Nash wals walking up after his daily run of the RC and almost slipped on a puddle... he skidded into warren almost knocking them both down*

"Woah... what is with the water?!"

[Loki Kale]

*Loki steps back when, with her sharp hearing, notices Nash Stolar approaching at a 'slip and slide' rate, to avoid being crashed to the ground. She again giggles, and turns to Warren Azalin. Those nearby can hear her speaking, but do not see her mouth move.*

He is funny.

*She bends over and grabs Nash's hand, pulling him to his feet*

Here you go. Sorry about the water. I just wanted to see what a rainbow looked like here.

*Again she looks at Warren, her bright blue eyes seem to shout "I am full of joy. I am happy."*

So you are the Warren Azalin I have heard about. I am Loki Kale. Do not let my appearance fool you, sir. I find much joy in every living thing, but no more am I a careless child. I am a child of the spirits. Ask questions of me, and I shall do my best to answer, though I still have much to learn.

[Nash Stolar]

*Nash stood up wit a slight groan.. once again he managed to look like a fool, he started to wonder about what she said..*

"Wanted to see what a rainbow looked like in the RC?"

*Nash wonderd how someone could make it rain in a coverd building.. the best nash could do wasmorph a force blast into a cross of blue fire on something he chose..That and some other attacks he never used much.. he grinned remembering the little spar he had with cadet..*

[Loki Kale]

*Loki nods grinning*

Yep. Uh-huh. What's wrong with that? Oh..hehe. Water on the floor. I imagined the forests outside. So it looked to me like a rainbow in the forest...

[Nash Stolar]

"Alright... well have you ever been thought the ways of the force? Not everyone can make rain appear out of nowhere.."

[Loki Kale]

*She shakes her head*

No. The happy things of rain and sunshine come only with deep concentration, heartfilled dedication, and song, as my elders have taught throughout the ages. But then again, not just anyone can appear out of nowhere, can they? You will find me much different, Jedi Stolar. I have found that the song itself is not needed, but out of tradition in our culture, it is nonetheless sung. I suppose it could be this 'force' as you call it...

[Nash Stolar]

*Nash looked down at her.. he did not really know what to say, it seemed like the force but he never say anyone control rain..*

"Your culture? What might that be?"

[Loki Kale]

Loki looked up at him and giggled.

We are everywhere, and nowhere. If we feel the need to anchor ourselves, in the mountains of various planets we can be found.

I am a Child of the Spirits of Las'da Nuurak, the mountains of Homeworld. While saying this, she bows.

There is only one other who might know of me. I have took great care to ensure he does not know of my presence, but I doubt that it would stop him. His senses are, after all, most excellent.

[Nash Stolar]

*Nash nodded then smiled*

"I see... I have been menaing to ask.. what brigs you to the jedi?"

[Loki Kale]

She smiles.

Looking for someone, silly. He trained me for a while, and now I miss him. I decided to train with the jedi, because my elders didn't like the fact that I knew more than one of my status would know. I knew too much for my own good. I was starting to surpass them and their teachings, and they were starting to get disgruntled. I am only a child in their eyes, and am called thus. But I look as a child, do I not? The thing about doing the jedi training, is he only had to take what i knew from the elders, and put it in a different light. To ..convert my knowledge, so to speak.

Loki shakes back the sleeves of her white robe.

They will let me return someday. There was nothing they could do for me. I think they were afraid of me, Nash. I don't understand why. My master knows I am not finished yet. My knowledge is half song-magic, and half force. Not quite converted. Oh! I talk far too much.

She lowers her head, and folds her hands in front of her. Her soft blonde hair drapes over her shoulders, concealing the sides of her face. Loki kneels on both knees and is silent.

I am so sorry...I have been so rude. I suppose that is why they treat me as a child. I act as one, do I not? Nash..do you think me a child? Do you?

[Nash Stolar]

*Nash was taken by suprise when she knelt down and said sorry.. Why was it when he meet new people they always said sorry to him?*

"What do you mean rude? And I don't think you act like a child, To be honest when I first noticed you I thought there was another kid wanting to be a jedi, But talking to you has proved me wrong and that I should not think on looks alone..."

*he leaned forword a little and out streached his hand to her, offering a help up*

"Down there is not the cleanest place to be when you are wearing white.."

[Loki Kale]

Loki accepted his hand, and stood..

Thank you. This is not my truthful form. The elders just desired me to be as a child, because when I was under their instruction, I was a child in knowledge. I could change, so we can talk eye to eye, rather than you having to stoop to my level, if you would like.

She examines her robes, and laughs...

These can be washed, and they should be washed quickly, if I wish them to remain white. This is my only set of white robes, I'm afraid. Each Spirit child makes his or her own. It is a long task, so I would prefer to keep this one, rather than go through the intricate task of making another...They are made to change with my form.

[Nash Stolar]

*Nash grinned a little then stoop up straight*

"Not your true form? Well it might be better if you appeared older... I don't think people are up for having a child going around and showing them up.."

*He laughed slighty..*

"Your robes are ment to change with you? Thats better then the brown things were sapost to wear.."

[Loki Kale]

Loki nodded...

It is a good idea. Very well.

...Then seemed to flash out of existence.

A moment later, a taller, older woman appeared. Her blonde hair was longer, as with her robes, but her blue eyes still held the same brightness. She smiled.

Better?

[Nash Stolar]

*Nash nodded*

"Yes.. I have been wondering now.. What is the planet you come from called?"

*Nash wondered why he asked right after he did ask.. chances he would not even know where it was.. if it was even a planet.."

[Loki Kale]

My people are everywhere and nowhere. But I call one place my physical home. Now, I am not a spirit, persay, but it is what our people are called. Its our natural abilities that give us that name. I am from Homeworld. Homeworld is a name given by the planet's natives. I believe there is another name, given by the academy there, but I do not know it. To tell you the truth, not many people know where it is. A locator map...well, there is only one person I can think for you to ask...

Loki stopped and smiled...

*everywhere and nowhere.. how as he going to find a person through all of that.*

"Eh.. I guess not.. I'm sorry no one has found a master yet.. We seem at a.... shortage.. of avalable masters"

[Loki Kale]

Loki Nods..

"Alright... uhh.."

*Nash had run out of things to say..*

Loki looks at Nash.

I have been keeping an eye on Xazor. I believe she has made friends with your padawan Tanah, right? Good. I have been watching her too. I feel responsable for people. Anyone, no matter who they are. They should have nothing to worry about as long as I am around. My people are protectors, guardians in their own respect. It is natural to feel as I do for anyone. We kind of get a...a 'feel' for that person after a short observation. Even with this surpassing sense of care, we also learn that fault is specific. That way we don't find ourselves mourning about something that is not our fault. I care, Nash. I really do.

[Nash Stolar]

*Nash looked at loki, he was wondering what brought that up.. but it was nice to know not the least*

"That can be respected.. but is there a reason to cry over someone else's problems?"

*Nash just recalled what he said.. that was not a jedi answer.. he sighed at what he was becoming*

[Loki Kale]

Loki shakes her head...

[/i]I mean that when you are connected to something, and you know you could have been there to prevent it, and in that way you feel it is your fault. But it isn't. There is nothing you could have done. It's in the past now...Oh, it's so hard to explain. You know what I mean?[/i]

*He nodded slighty*

"Buts its even worse when you do something and just found out you killed hundreds right after you have done it.."
