Hello. I wish to join, great Jedi Master, to help those in need, and for one I lost long ago, a lesson that is hard learnt - never underestimimate the dark side.

I wish to learn how to use the light side.
I underestimated the dark because I didn't believe they could kill that one I lost... although they have the same power, but more damaging...

::Matthias hesitated, as if not wanting to talk about it.::

Please, teach me the ways of the light side. That is all I request.

Shade nodded at the young man's respect and place a hand on his shoulder as he stood behind him.

"Very well. From this moment on I take you as my Padawan learner."

I wish no revenge, only forgiveness. I know it will be a hard life, but I will take it. I will let go of my regrets, start afresh, move forward, bring help and light to those who need it.

::He moves to a window and looks out at the landscape ahead of him::

To be free as one of those ships... no worries, no regrets, to be enriched and opened up to the universe...

Shade turns sharply and leaves. He wanted to give the young boy to gather his thoughts before his first day of training.
