Kyle walked onto the training grounds he breathed slowly and waited for someone to come and have a spar with him.

[R2D2 the Jedi]

How about with swords? I haven't been taught to use the light-saber yet. *Unsheaths his sword and stands in a defensive position.*

"Fine with me."

Kyle goes out for a sec and returns with a sword. He flipped it around and pressed it against his shoulder.

"You make the first move."

[R2D2 the Jedi]

...if your sure? *Charges toward him and brings sword slashing down in an arc.* Ahhhh!!!

OOC: Ummm....what's you name?

Kyle brought his sword up with amazing speed just as their weapons clashed. He pushed his opponent bacwards and than came at him again. He moved to the right and left with amazing speed each blocking the others attacks and parrying away blows.

[R2D2 the Jedi]

OOC: Why...?

*Gets knocked back and regains balance.* Not bad. *Swings sword down by his legs.*

OOC: Need to call you something.
IC: Kyle jumped into the air as the sword went underneath. He landed on the ground and than Kyle twisted around and brought his opponents sword down on the ground than he twisted and around.

OOC: I don't really understand that part you just wrote...

OOC: I tiwsted your sword down to the ground than I brought my sword up and twisted around it's move that my brother taught me when I was a little kid. All you have to do is step back and raise your sword in front of you and they'll meet each other.

[R2D2 the Jedi]

*Steps back and raises sword. They both clash.*

Kyle smiled. R2 wasn't bad he had good training. Kyle grinned.

"All right if you want to make this harder let's use the force. If you want."

[R2D2 the Jedi]

*Steps back.* I can do little to manipulate the force. I lose my energy fast at this stage in my training. I am not yet able to handle the force with ease.

"Hmmm. You'll learn. So than we won't use the force."

Kyle moved forward. But side stepped and than twisted sharply and their blades met.

[R2D2 the Jedi]

*Attacks Kyle from the right with a slash. He spins out of the way. R2 lifts his sword up quickly.*

Kyle brought his sword up and pushed R2's sword to the right and than slashed at his midsection. R2 jumped out of the way. Than Kyle twisted sharply again to the left and their blades met.

[R2D2 the Jedi]

Thrusts out knocking Kyle off-balance. Charges at him bringing sword slashing down from over his right shoulder.

Kyle got up and looked at his fallen sword it was a couple of feet away and he wouldn't be able to get to it unless he used the force. He looked at R2 and suddenly a plan came to mind. As the blade got nearer he saw a flash of horror in R2's eyes. Than Kyle flipped bacwards barely being missed by the blade. He landed on the ground a few feet away from R2. He grinned as he leaped into the air and landed behind him. He rolled over on the ground to his left and got up. His foot was over the sword handle. He pushed down sharply and it went into the air and he grabbed it. Than their blades met again.

[R2D2 the Jedi]

*Puts sword back in scabbard on his back.* Excellent! I've never seen anything quite like that. It's apparent to me that neither of us will win this sparing fight. *Holds out hand.*

Kyle smiled and shoo R2's hand.

"Your a good fighter and well trained with a sword. You won't have to much trouble handling a lightsaber."

Kyle replaced his sword and turned.

"I must be on my way. Until next time."
