A spar?

[Satine Capashen]

ALpha steps into a training room, and ignites his Epyon-style sabre, holding it at the ready.

"Anyone care for a spar?"

[R2D2 the Jedi]

I suppose I could use a little sparing with a light-saber. I'm none to skilled at using one very well. *Pulls out a battered lightsaber.* Liam gave it to me. Once I get money I am getting a custom made one.

Alpha smiles and nods his head.

"A wise move. Do you wish to go first, or shall I?"

Alpha moves his large sabre into a defensive position, watching.

[R2D2 the Jedi]

I suppose you should start first. *gets in a defensive positions.* Ready?

[Satine Capashen]

Alpha nods his head in acknowledgement, and jumps at R2, swinging his lightsabre in a wide arc. The arc then stops and heads straight towards his opponent's head. R2 manages to block the atack, and adds a quick swipe as a counter attack. Alpha blocks the swipe, and slowly circles R2...

[R2D2 the Jedi]

*Lunges at him and swings lightsaber from the right. He jumps up really and high and the blade passes harmlously beneath him.*

Alpha lands almoast cat-like on his feet, and ducks under a high sweep, rolling off to the side. Alpha gets back to his feet in time to block a slash.

[R2D2 the Jedi]

*Continues hacking and slashing from the left and right side. Each time Satine block its.* Not bad!

[Satine Capashen]

"You're not bad yourself!" Alpha says through gritted teeth, blocking the slashes. Alpha finally just drops to the floor, taking R2 by suprise, the blade soaring over Alpha's head. The Young One jumps back up, slicing downwards...

[R2D2 the Jedi]

*Doesn't have time to move and the blade stops 1 cm from his head.* Woh! *Gulps.* T-t-hat was c-c-lose. *Staggers backwards and lightsaber slips from his fingers and falls to the floor.* ... *R2 drops on his knees shakly uncontrably.*

[Satine Capashen]

Alpha disengages his sabre, and kneels in front of R2.

"What's wrong? Are you ok?"

[R2D2 the Jedi]

I-I don't know. I think I need to s-s-ee a doctor. *Clutches head.* Ohhh... *Staggers to his feet.* W-w-here's the Infirmary?

[Satine Capashen]

"I'll take you. Come on."

Alpha helps R2, and leads him to the infirmary, telling the med droids what happened.

"They'll take care of you R2, I'll be back in a while."

Alpha walks out of the infirmary, heading to his quarters.

[R2D2 the Jedi]

*The med. droids tend to R2 and leave him to rest.*

"I've nevered felt like that," R2 says to himself. "I could sense he would stop....I don't know..."

*Lays down on a cot and falls asleep.*

(A few hours later.)

*The door to his room in the Infirmary slowly opens."

...Huh? Who's there. *stis up.*

[Satine Capashen]

Alpha pokes his head in the room and smiles.

"Hey. How ya feeling? Do you know what happened?"

[R2D2 the Jedi]

*Stands up to face Satine.*

"I don't have a clue what happened. It felt like something was trying to take control of my body or something."

*Walks over to him.*

I feel better now though.

[Satine Capashen]

"Good. I wonder what happened back there..."

Alpha rubs his chin as he thinks.

[R2D2 the Jedi]

"Is there anything can control people's bodies if they get into the body," R2 asks, "I thought I heard of some spirit being able to do that."

[Satine Capashen]

"I've heard rumors and legends about some, other also have the ability to shape-shift into other forms, like a Chimera."

[R2D2 the Jedi]

Chimera? Sorry. I'm not to familiar with what those are.

[Satine Capashen]

"I'm not all to familier with them either. From what I foudn in the records, they are creatures of evil mostly, and try to trick you into believing things, so it can eventually kill you. Though I can swear I've met one bef--"

Before Alpha can finish the sentence, he is assaulted by enormous pain and naseua. He doesn't make a sound, but leans against the wall. As the pain subsides he forces a smile and takes a deep breath.

"Maybe I'm just imagining it..."

[R2D2 the Jedi]

Sure didn't look like you imagined that. I think it's happening to us both now. Great! Maybe we should see one othe Jedi Masters about it.

[Satine Capashen]

"I don't think they'll know anymore than we will, but it's worth a shot..."

[R2D2 the Jedi]

I'm sure they know more then we do. Who would you guess to be the best at knowing about this stuff?

[Satine Capashen]

Alpha thinks of all the Mastres in GJO, and one occurs to him.

"Darth Turbogeek might, but he's a Jedi Spirit. Maybe Jedi Knight Leia might know."

[R2D2 the Jedi]

Do you know where she would be at this time of day. She could be anywhere. Maybe in her headquarters, or training her padawans.

[Satine Capashen]

"Let's check the Jedi General Assembly."

[R2D2 the Jedi]

Let's do that. Where might I aks would that be? I'm still new around here. I know the basics and stuff like that.

[Satine Capashen]

Alpha leads R2 to the Jedi Assembly Halls.
