Lets begin Oriadin

[verse dawnstrider]

::verse sat outside the Jedi Temples of Yavin 4. He sat crosslegged ona stump. His new padawan was soon to arrive. Then teh fun would begin.::

[Oriadin]

Oriadin walked up to his master. He was still wearing his rags. He doesnt know what to expect. He stands close to verse dawnstrider and nods.

--I am here master.--

[verse dawnstrider]

"My name is Verse Dawnstrider. I shall teach you now. You may call me Verse. Lets starts with looks..."

::Verse opened a bag and pulled out some grey robes. He tossed them to Oriadin.::

"This are Jedi robes. When we get back to the Temple, you shall be able to choose your own colors. I where grey myself. Those are some of my spares. As you put them on I will start."

::Verse hopped to his feet. And begin his 'speach' on the Force. It was more of must do, that a want to do thing. He gives it only so that his padawan's have a better understanding.::

"The Force is the thing that ties us all together. It runs through the trees, us, grass, rock, everything. Like a coin it has two sides. A Light Side and a Dark Side. As Jedi we only use the Light. That is Peace, Happiness, Calmness, Harmony. The Dark uses Hatred and Rage. These are things you must never let run you life. There are a few branchs in the world of the Jedi. Four things you can be training as. Seers, the see the past, present, and future with the Force. Elementist are one with nature and it heads the call. Mentalist master the mind and Healers....well duh. You will master one of these. That is your choice. YOu will eb able to do alot of what teh other branchs can do, just not as well. Understood so far?"

[Oriadin]

Oriadin listend intently. This was all very new to him but he was understanding. He put on the robes Verse had thrown over to him. They were a little big for him but Oriadin prefered slightly baggy clothes. He listend as Verse began to teach him what the force was.

--I think so Master, erm, Verse.--

[verse dawnstrider]

"Ok, sence ya got the verbal part, lets start with the basics. You need to be able to access the Force. To do so you must first clear you mind. Become one with Natural and all around you. You try."

[Oriadin]

Oriadin noded towards his master. He closed his eyes and tried to clear his mind. He took a few deep breaths. All of a sudden Oriadins shoulders droped slightly and he was relaxed. His mind was clear.

[verse dawnstrider]

"Good. Now for the next step. Let your mind relax and expand. Feel the area all around you. Become one with all."

::Verse breathed deep. His mind expanded and he felt pure joy rush through him. Such was teh Light. Joy and happiness.::

[Oriadin]

Oriadin didnt quite understand what he ment but he tried it anyway. He breathed deeply, letting his body go. He listend to the breeze, the life around him. All he could feel though, was himself.

--Master, what do you mean by letting my mind expand, and to feel the area around me?--

[Oriadin]

OOC: Hey, is anyone there?

OOC: sorry, I'm in the Air Force, and I get caught up in it sometimes. Ask Xazor, when I am here I post ALOT.

IC: "You must allow yourself to let your mind do the thinking by itself. Follow the natural path. Feel the world with your soul, not your body."

[Oriadin]

Oriadin again closed his eyes and focused. He let his body go and his mind was clear. He felt calm and at peace. He could feel things around him. He could feel the life in everything surrounding him. He was about to ask his master if this was right, but he knew it was. It felt right.

He sat there enjoying the experience meanwhile waiting for his masters next instructions.

[verse dawnstrider]

"Good. Now reach out with the Force. Surround that rock."

::Verse pointed to a rock about 3 feet away.::

"Once you can feel the rock. Lift it up."

[Oriadin]

Oriadin opened his eyes and looked at his master to see which rock he was talking about. He then took a look at the small rock. He then looked again at his master.

--You want me to use the force too pick up the rock?--

Oriadin stared at his master and gave a look of disbelief that he could perform such a task.

[verse dawnstrider]

::Verse nodded.::

"Mind over Matter. It will be buta small trick after your training is done."

[Oriadin]

Oriadin nodded towards Verse. He turned back to the small rock. He once again cleared his mind, back to how he felt before. He concentrated his thoughts on the rock. He tried to feel the rock with his mind. He was concentrating very hard but couldnt seem to get anywhere. Sweat began to run down his face. He kept trying but he was getting nowhere fast.

[verse dawnstrider]

::verse scrated his head.::

"That is strange. Try again. This time, try not to force it. Just do it."

[Oriadin]

Oriadin took a deep breath. Calmed himself down and thought about nothing but the rock. He was still for a few seconds then turned his head to the right slightly. He could feel the rock with his mind. This was an extrodinary feeling for Oriadin. Hed never felt anything like this before. He didnt allow himself to get carried away and continued to concentrate on the rock.

The rock shook slightly then rose to about a foot off the ground. Oriadin wasnt sweating. He realised its not about trying to make it move, more about becoming one with the energy's surrounding the rock and the energy in the rock. Oriadin placed the rock back on the ground and looked up to his master with a smile.

[verse dawnstrider]

::Verse smiled and clapped::

"Wonderful, very good for your first time. You doing better that I did when I first started, Lets try to take it up a bit. Stretch that feeling out. Become one with everything. Then pick up two rocks. After that I will go into funner stuff. Lets just get the basic thing of feeling the Force done."

[Oriadin]

Oriadin nodded.

--Yes master--

Oriadin closed his eyes. He lifted his head slightly. He took slow deep breaths. He was calm and collected. He began to feel the life around him. The energy around him. He could feel two rocks. He began to concentrate his thoughts on these rocks. The two rocks began to shake. Suddenly they stopped. Verse looked over to Oriadin. He could sense something wasnt right. Oriading was clutching the side of his head. He was in pain. It was another flashback.

[verse dawnstrider]

::Verse snapped into action. He placed a hand on the side of Oriadin's head. He sent a wave of Calmness into him. When it was over he looked at his padawan.::

"What happened?"

I would make a account there. Most of these training threads go slow, but taking part there will help out alot and help you become premoted faster.

Oriadin jolted suddenly as his master placed his hands on his head. He looked startled, almost as if he had no idea of where he was. He was sweating.

--Ive had another flash back master. This one is hard to remember. Like a distant dream.--

Oriadin composed his self and wiped the sweat from his forhead.

OOC: Ok, thanks for the other board, I'll take a look at it and get myself an account.

[verse dawnstrider]

::Verse nodded::

"I guess this is the time to teach a Jedi Trick. A calming trick. Let the Force flow through you and focus on calming down. It will help."

OOC: I'll try and get ya access to Temple Avalon as well.

[Oriadin]

Oriadin stood tall. He was very keen to learn new skills.

OOC: Ok, what actually goes on in the Temple Avalon?

[verse dawnstrider]

::Verse sat down and crossed his legs indian style. He let the Force run through him and pushed the thoughts of the rest of the world out his head. The Force rushed through his viens bringing inner peace.::

"You try and do the same. This will end the basics. When you are calm we will focus on other stuff, like Light Saber combat. And Force combat. The fun stuff."

OOC: It is just an area Jedi can talk in privite without non-Jedi knowig. It allows more Jedi to Jedi stuff. We have the Bar to speak to everyone, The Living Area to speak on personal matters and fun stuff away from buissness, and the Temple to speak on stuff like Rank and RP's and buissness stuff. Alot of OOC jokes and stuff as well. I will tell them you don't have access and you will be granted. It should be in effect later today when the others get on.

Oriadin watched his master sit and cross his legs. He did the same. He closed his eyes and relaxed. He felt lose, but aware. He took several deep breaths and allowed the force to flow through him.
