Ih ave been viewing the Recruitment area and I have noted individuals acting like.... fools and I do not believe this is appropriate in front of potential Jedi. I wish to issue my disgust.

I would ask that the Council issues a directive that there be a behaviour standard there and that it be rigourously applied.

Well, what would you consider as an innapropriate behavior? Sometimes people have hever done this, and don't know how to act. I think it's a better idea to set good examples of behavior, as well as targeting it from the start.
