Alright, after welcoming a couple of new people I realize now how @_@ the academy is.

I have no idea what the policy is but do know that from the website Warren and Sage are the coordinators. Now ... I'm not sure if that is still true since Amalia is one too and Sage isn't around now. Warren is basically doing this himself.

Old habits die hard I guess but at TSE, I always like helping out the recruits and it sorta became my job for awhile since there wasn't alot of help -_-

To me, it is very confusing who can train Padawan's and who cannot, in other words who is available. I think it would be quite valuable to list all those that are available to train in another thread ... that way it is easy for the Coordinators and the recruits to be assigned.

For those that are wanting to train a specific Padawan, it would still be easy enough to hop in and say so.

Just hard for one person to do this all by themselves.

I also think a roll call sometimes soon with rank and master would be good to find out who is active and who is still a Padawan.

Which then brings up my next point. New Knights ... we need them now I think. I know there is another thread but it kinda died... how about promoting some that are deserving like Shade? (he was the only one to pop into my mind)

Some of this will be simplified when I redo the website, but thats a way away.

Reminds me, I need to do a Promotion announcement thread. I agree, Shade and a few others should be promoted. I'll look over that thread and get to it. If not enough votes shown, I'll repost those that need more

I agree we need more Knights, more specifically, we need more Jedi to train our Padawan students. Masters also need to get their Padawans out on the battlefield.

Personally, I intend to start some collective sparring/training threads where every Padawan may join. This would allow me to attend more Padawans at once.

Also someone remind me to update the memberlist, and possible post a Padawan roll call.

*bangs forehead on desk* Yes, promote Shade after not listening to me... anyway... :b After Shade I hadn't planned on training any more padawans... I'm really not that good at it. I may take one on every now and then from time to time, but that's about it.

Considering I was playing up Navaria being clueless about training, I would be more then happy to take on Padawans now. As I said, I am used to training and helping out and such, and would like to do that here.

I like that going out on the battlefield and training Yog. We do need to do that more and be visible. It would stop all those sith (laughs finding this ironic) from saying that the GJO is inactive.

Perhaps a dual training thread at the academy and one at the battleground or even in storytelling that is closed? That way it will be easy for those brand new recruits that haven't RPed at swfans or RPed at all to see how it works.

Yog - roll call would be a good idea lol =P

Nav: Thats the way it was handled. I would every so often post who can train in the temple and mention what padawans needed to be assigned.

Rollcall was used every so often too.

If no masters were available...we had to use classes.

Think that sums it up. But it was a good idea bringing it up once again<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/image/emoticons_classic/smile.gif ALT=":)">
