Board bug stuff and a question

Well, I think I can remove myself again now. I have replaced a few deleted threads manually, but the deleted posts in Pic Request isn't getting a reply. So basically, my work here is done <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/image/emoticons_classic/smile.gif ALT=":)">

Before I remove myself though, a question. As of now, I'm still in GJO(IC) and have Avalon access. Can I council vote?
