Is now as follows -

Anyone who is Jedi. There are no alternate id's allowed access, ie if Darth Turbogeek is not a Jedi, then there is no access. I have to log in as Marcus Q'Dunn. I believe that is quite fair and resonable.

At first thought, the idea of this makes me uneasy. But I think it'll work well <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/image/emoticons_classic/smile.gif ALT=":)">

Oh, there's no doubt it could be a risk. But I feel it's one well worth taking, given A) it gives everyone a sense of belonging and b) We have the loosest Infiltration rules. All we ask is at an Admin knows who you alternatively play, which isnt a lot to ask for.

Besdies, if we have something that we really need to be secret, the Admin forum can be used for that.

I believe that people here can be trusted and we are beyond the days where suspicion was rampant.

Sounds fine to me. Infiltration issues have pretty much vanished as every group has had it happen to them at least once and knows of the problems that it causes. Anyone foolish enough to attempt such an action would likely be banned from every RP board in our community.

Welcome, padawans. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/image/emoticons_classic/smile.gif ALT=":)">

It might be a little more uncomfortable to talk about padawans now.

My time may be limited since Im busy on 4 boards and work rl, but I will post when I can. I am an anti-insultive OOC advocate. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/image/emoticons_classic/smile.gif ALT=":)">

Also, how does rank work? I dont think its fair to weigh the amount of posts a person makes, to pass judgement on ranks. I heard its based on rp experience, skills, knowledge of the Jedi ways, and loyalty etc..When I was Jedi Knight Aura, I was told when I joined I could be Knighted in a month, even immediately if I wanted, but I chose to wait and learn.. I see by my Master Jubei and Eileen, I have alot to learn yet, lol. >_<

What you heard about how one is promoted is correct.

Thank you for the compliment. I personally believe you will have to go fairly far to find a group of roleplayers as skilled as some here.

You're welcome..Yes..This group does harbor well seasoned rpers, I must admit. Coming from talkcity where posts were and are limited, I am still learning to alter my style from quick dueling and short rp posts, to storyline based. Am I that far away lol?

No, your not. You doing quite well.

It does get forbidding to see some of the posts some do write. It must scare new players off.

But any style in the end is welcome. You have the one or two lines players who are just as good as any except the very best "Novel in a post" players.

Personally, if a long post isnt written well, all it becomes is worse, as there is more dross. The longer the post, the better planned the post needs to be.

That's the best advice I could give. Plan your post, especially if it goes beyond 500 words.
