OOC: Just wonderin' about Aura's future in the GJO

Seems I neglected to check out the promotion thread where Marcus posted on 4/4 about not pushing promotions. I can't view everywhere, sorry I have no time. This should have been brought to my attention upon joining. I now feel Aura's future looks 'bleak.'

While broaching this subject online is stricty taboo and you have had that made clear, what she also said is very, very true.


When I joined the GJO, I was offered either immediate Knight status, or could be Knighted in 1 month's time. At the time, the GJO was foundering and needed Knights quickly. I agreed to the 1 month offer in fairness to others. I never asked why nothing happened after the month's passage. But now it is well over 3 months.. so I am asking, is Aura ready?




Putting aside the Faux Paux, What she has said there is correct. No one at the time would have had any concerns with an established RP'er like her being given Knight's rank. We have done that before, for less skilled players. So it is very fair that under what was said at the time, she be put forth for promotion.

I will also ask peeps to put aside the blot in her copybook. She was after all told one thing and something different happened.

I have watched how Aura and her other characters post and she is very good. I do think and was frankly surprised she was a padawan at all. I do think she deserves knight status. just my opinion on a killer rper. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/image/emoticons_classic/smile.gif ALT=":)">
