Ok..I think I am getting confuse by my past leave. But, regarding promotions.

Padawan to a Knight: May be voted on all Jedi Knights and Masters in the temple.

Knight to Master: First discussed with you by the Knight's Master on IM NOT in temple. Then tested. After said testing, then voted on by all Masters and such.

Therefore it is still council members that vote but NOT exclusively to council members. This is the way it was..but has it changed to be only Council Members. I did not think so. But please refresh my memory here.

I thought it was Council Members voting for promotions from Padawan to Knight.

Knights and Masters vote to who is on the Council.

Master promotions... what you said lol

It's Council. It's tradition that other Master may also comment as well when the vote happens. But basically, if they get past my test, it's a fait comple anyway.
