A test of new strength......(open)

[Shade Magus]

Shade was visiting a new planet, trying to test his limits. He had chosen this place because of its gravity is three times that of other planets. He had trained in this type of conditions before, so it wasn't that hard, but now he had to rely on the Force for the most part. It was the ultimate test. He now had to learn to live in the Force and rely on nothing else. He had come to a large mountain. It would do his muscles good to scale to the top.

"Well....here we go....."

Shade reached up and put one hand in front of the other. He pulled up. Normally just that alone would be hard, but with the Force at his disposal, he could do it with no problem. He placed his other hand on the next handhold and pulled up and again and again.

Shade pulled up on the last ridge for the day. He had been climbing for ten hours straight. He was tired and weak. He pulled up and rolled onto the ledge and smiled as he looked over the edge and then backed away. He was about five hundred feet off the ground. He laughed to himself and let go of the Force as he drifted off to sleep. He would need it for the next days climb.

Uhlen looked down from his perch high above the sleeping Shade and decided he would wait and bide his time. he felt the Yuuhzan Vong blood in him rise out of the dark receses of his deep black soul and all he could think of was his mission. oh what fun it would be. he heard Nen Yim's voice in his head over and over again "Kill Shade! Kill Jeedai!" Uhlen would soon taste the blood of this man on his lips and would enjoy it!

Shade turned in his sleep for another hour before waking. He felt a disturbance in the Force and looked around, but saw no one. The young Jedi Kinght looked up and saw someone standing above him. He leapt back, almost to the edge, and Shade called out to the stranger.

"Who is there? Freind or foe?"

[Darth Uhlen]

Uhlen gazed down at shade through his deep blood red eyes and let out a harsh yuuhzan vong war cry.

"Vong das Uhlen!"

"come meet death boy!"

with that Uhlen ignited his light-amphistaf. Uhlen called upon the implanted memories of hatred put in his soul by his Master Shaper Nem Yim. he channeled the deliciously dark power into his whole being. Uhlen picked Shade up with invisible hands and threw him against the side of the mountain as if he were no more than a feather!".

Shade hit the mountain, but felt little pain. His Jedi reflexes had protected him this time. He jumped up and called his lightsaber to his hand, igniting it in mi-dair. He raised it in a defensive position, and readied himself for anoter attack.

[Darth Uhlen]

Uhlen laughed inwardly to himself when he felt the young jedi's puny surge in the force. he called upon the force his dark powers again and used it to highten his senses. he was about to commit to the dance of death with this young warrior and he needed the force! with the force he felt secure he felt like he was all powerful. he felt like he wanted to destroy something! Uhlen ignited his light-amphistaf and lunged at Shade with lightning speed that only the force could give him...

Shade brought his saber's blade up and parried the blow. He then counterattacked and swung in a narrow arc at the Sith's mid-chest.

[Darth Uhlen]

Uhlen blocked Shade's saber high. he ducked under the blade and around to Shade's backside. he then started a complete roundhouse kick (using the force to help) to Shade's upper back.

[Shade Magus]

Shade rolled forward with the kick, to lessen the pain of the kick sent by his opponent. He rolled forward and jumped to his feet, his ligtsaber came forward and Shade thrusted it at the Sith's chest.

[Darth Uhlen]

Uhlen parried the blow awkwardly and stumbled backward trying to regain his composure at letting his gaurd down. when he did he called anything close to hand mainly rocks and small mountainous plant life. he hurled the powerful maelstrom of vegetation and rocks at the jedi. he could feel himself growing weary from using the force soo much yet he knew that the jedi must be feeling tired also. he ignored the pain in his aching muscles and pushed harder into the storm. the storm soon became a small funnel shaped cloud of swirling debris sorrounding Shade but also Uhlen too!

Shade was hit with a few peices of debris, but managed to dodge a few. He backed away a step and kept his lightsaber ready. A new plan of attack was forming in Shade's head. Afterall, they were on a planet with three times normal gravity. Using the Force to hold himself up and throw stuff at him, would weaken DU quicker than it would Shade. He smiled as he waited for the next attack to come at him.

[Darth Uhlen]

Uhlen realizing the force storm was not really affecting the jedi much and he dropped his grasp on it through the force. he threw his amphistaf at Shade as if it were a spear and at the last possible second before it came within range of Shade it started to spin like a propeller both bladed ends cutting a deadly path of destruction towards his foe.

Shade brought his lightsaber up at the last possible moment and batted it away.

[Darth Uhlen]

Uhlen touched the remote sensor on his hand and ordered the extractor to take off towards him.

the Extractor took off from the rocky terrain of the planet and flew low towards the two dualists.

[Shade Magus]

Shade sensed the approach of something huge, but he did not pay it mind as he slashed at the Sith's right arm.

[Darth Uhlen]

Uhlen blocked the blow at his arm and twisted around it kicking out at shade's stomach. he then oredered the Defiler (his destroyer/astromech droid pilot to shoot at the jedi.

the extractor targeted on to Shade noting him as #1 priority/hazardous and commenced firing on him.

Shade jumped out of the way of the first blast and then moved his blade in intracite circles, reflecting the bolts of energy.


OOC: out of curiosity where were you tained as a Sith? What board?

ooc:(to lazy to change to other sn) Uhlen wasn't ever trained. he was implanted with sith memories by master shaper nem yim of the yuhhzan vong. he can use it but cant control it. he has just currently requested a master to train him -to control the force- at the sith order.

did that clear things up a little?

Uhlen being extremely weary grabbed his amphistaf and jumped into the waiting cargo hold of his modified sith infiltrator. he took off and left shade standing alone on the mountain top. he decided he would go to the sith temple where he would learn to control his force powers before he fought again. he had disgraced his domain and would not make that mistake again. he did not kill the jedi. he was not ready.
