...just make a Role Playing Group - Moderator forum in the RP Group category for the moderators to speak with us or to dump offensive posts and whatever else it might be needed for?

I think that would work out well. In order to not clutter up the index too much, you could set it private and add all the mods from the different groups to the access mask.
