Private on vB means just that. People without access won't even know they are here unless you add their name to the list of allowed users, which I will provide instructions on how to in a thread here shortly.

I still haven't set up CTs for this board yet and wanted to find out first if you wanted them, or personal icons in these forums.

Alrighty, I will do so and in the process begin granting his names access to these private forums once again, which you are able to do yourself, though I don't think you can Moderators. If you ever need to grant a moderator access to any of your private forums and are unable, don't hesitate to provide the details to Shawn or I so we can see that the action is carried out for you.
