I think it'd be even more funny if the top hat was slightly tilted, like Mr. Peanut.

Marcus, this cartoonish child is part of a TV show called "The Family Guy". Although he isn't the basis of the comedy, he is spot-light stealing character. He's a baby named Stewie who has asperations to take over the world. He talks, etc. And he constantly vows to kill Lois(his mother), because she serves him bad baby food, and so on. Of course his family doesn't seem to relise he's talking and plotting. Very funny show otherwise as well.
