Normally, I would've simply PMed Hyfe on this, but thought that it would be worthwhile to see if there was anybody else in Indianapolis for the big Celebration II event who might be able to help me out.
This morning, my dad suddenly had a burst of helpfulness for some reason. He's decided to check with certain contacts he has in Indianapolis to see if he can procure a.) a cheap hotel rate from what's left open and b.) cheap plane tickets.
With travel and residence concerns taken care of, I can go to Celebration II. As long as I buy the tickets, of course, but that's not a problem. What I would need, however, is someone to guide me around the city and hang out with me when I get tired of Star Wars, Star Wars, Star Wars.
But who could ever tire of Star Wars?.
Anyway, if anyone who is going or who is already there can help me out with some guidance and possibly the knowledge of where to snag a cheap cab, it'd be great.
