I finally got to eat at the sports bar that I applied for summer work. Its called "On Tap", and its the coolest damn place on planet Earth.

Why, you ask?

Because they serve TWO HUNDRED DIFFERENT KINDS OF BEER!


I looked the list over, and I'd had only about 35 of them. It was a humbling experience, and I now worship this place.

Tonight, I started with my favorite, a nice Sapporo draft (the smoothest draft ever made, with no aftertaste), followed by a Dead Guy Pale Ale (the best pale I've found to date), then a Sam Adams Cherry Wheat (recommended by Taylor, and very good), and finally my staple of Guinness (my first Guinness from the tap, and an extraordinary experience).

I feel alive and reborn, and ready to conquer the world.

Now, to try the other 164 :)

In a lot of the big newspapers here, page 3 is the page that they put an image of a topless/scantily clad/lewd woman on it. :lol

Precisely why it was such a big inside joke at the Britannia awards I went to last night! :lol Crazy Brits! Everytime one of them got a hold of the mic, they'd say something and then mention page 3!

I was lucky to find out what it meant, the lady next to me being gracious enough to inform me. But the faces on some of the other non-British folks was classic! They were all wispering to each other, "What's on page 3???"
