What time is it?

Is there something up with the time settings on the boards? The boards say that it is an hour behind the actual time here (for instance if it is noon here the boards say it is 11:00 AM). I checked my settings and I'm in the correct time zone. Is there something fishy with the time settings? Or is something weird for daylight savings?

The host server had been off by an hour for months. It looks as if they finally fixed it to the correct time.
