You should have to be licensed to own a kitten! I still remember the horrible company that produced "banzai kitties", which were kittens that were put in a shaped jar (like a star or a pretzel), and were then kept there for 10 years, as the malleable bones of a kitten would take such unusual shapes during its growth. Imagine, living your whole life with your feet jammed up against your ears, unable to move because you're in a very very tight jar! It's horrible! The people who first patented the banzai kitten should be placed in a very small, water-filled jar and forced to breath by constant injections at irregular intervals.

We used to have this massive cat (yes, Charley, more massive than the one's I have now) who absolutely loved to crawl into spaces four times smaller than his bulk. And the scarey thing is, is that he fit! Of course, he always had a leg or tail or side spilling out.
