In the book it called Mon Mothma the late and former Chief of state on pg 201, when did she die:huh

Never been said. People suspected this when a ship named after her appeared in SBS

I read that and interpret it as her being dead. Although it strikes me odd that they never mentioned how she died in any of the NJO novels thus far. IIRC, she was at Luke and Mara's wedding, but I'll have to check up on that one. I suppose she died before Vector Prime, but after Union.
