Despite my "hippy" orgins, I really agree, if we are going to kill someone, a nice, large, bullet would certainly do the job very well.

It could be argued that lethal injection is more humane, but if you put the bullet in the right place, I don't think it much matters.

Save the taxpayers (such as meself) monies.

I had a Commodore V8 - I was hurtling down a highway when it threw a rod at 5000 rpm.

After the smoke had cleared, the block was literally cut in half (held together by the intake and the cylinder heads) one con -rod was turned into a pretzel, a piston was vapourised and a fist sized hole in the sump beared witness to another con-rod's violent exit. I've never found cars even the remotest bit interesting, I must be wierd as everyone I know likes em in one way or another, I just don't see the attraction. I wouldn't trust myself behind one - not because I'm irresponsible, but I find cars daunting.
