Even on my broadband I noticed a significant change in loading speed recently. (like late last night) :)

Yes, I did some optimization late last night...

... that had the unexpected result of causing the forum pages to load much faster than they were before. ..Talk about an unexpected but very welcome side effect. :D

It was loading slow??

to be honest, I'm on good connections, so I cant really tell the difference. It always has been very fast.

I wouldn't say it was loading slow, but the modifications I made last night were an implementation that will in the end save us a great deal of bandwidth, as our forums now use gzip to compress the output of the pages. I noticed that right after I enabled it, the pages here loaded much faster than they were before. Double bonus.
