::Verse stepped out of his V-Wing onto the Ice World of Farnum. He was wrapped in thick furs of many different beasts. In his hunting days on Eden, he had collected many skins to make his cloths. Most things on his homeworld were grown or made by hand. Most of his cloths he still wears he had made. He stood beside his padawan. He had given her some of his thick furs. Their faces were covered and only their eyes could be seen through the goggles. Verse had taken his padawan here to see an old Garou friend of his. Ra Moonwalker. The old man had moved here from Eden to meditate and live his final days in some of natures worst. Ra was a seer. Verse had had a dream telling him to visit the old man. No dought there was a reason. This would give Xazor a chance to see other places. Also get off of Yavin 4. Verse looked at the men infront of him. He had landed at a ranch he knew and had arranged to rent a few Banthas. After he made sure Xazor was set on hers, Verse got on his. a few moments later the intructors had told the Jedi all they needed to know abou handling the beats. ::

"We will travel the rest of the day till we get half-way up the mountain near-by. It is one of the few towns here. These Banthas have thick coats and can take the cold. Ready my student?"

Xazor smiled at Verse as she looked around in wonderment.

I am ready my Master......

She said as she sat atop the tall beast that would take them up the mountain. It sounded almost a little dangerous, but Xazor fully trusted her Master and knew that he would not put her in harm's way. She smiled and he returned a smile to her as they set out. The furs that he had given to her were very warm in the coldness of this planet. She quickly wrapped the last fur tighter around her body as the beast under her stepped forward.

Thank you again for these warm furs. I'd freeze without them!

She said smiling a bit as she thought of how different the climate was here. Nonetheless, she was glad to be off of Yavin IV and in a new place. Though she knew that the Jedi did not crave adventure, she couldn't help but be excited about the new things she would see here.

Another figure bounded out of the craft. He too was well wrapped in clothing, but instead of furs wore a thick duffel jacket with warm woolen shirts beneath along with some chunky black combat boots, into which his trousers were tucked. The Padawan looked around and as he breathed cast swirling clouds of cool air upwards. It was bitter, but he did not shiver or complain - infact he quite liked the cold.

Thanatos jogged towards his master and fellow padawan quickly, pulling on the rucksack that was on his back tightly to keep a better hold of it.

"Master..."

Xazor smiled as she saw Thanatos.

Greetings friend......

She smiled brightly as he approached them. She felt good knowing that there were two men with them who would take care of her if something really bad happened.....but she didn't expect anything to go wrong. She felt on top of the world as she sat on the large beast under her. Her heart swelled with pride as she thought of the mission set before them. And to be there with her Master and his other padawan made it even better.

Are you looking forward to this as much as I am?

She whispered slightly to Thanatos as he got atop his Bantha. A smile played on her lips as she looked around them more, taking in everything that she could see.

"All should be fine my students. We have came here to vistit an old friend. He may have stuff you wish to here. Also, do not stare. He is blind. That doesn't mean he can't see you. Thanatos, you and Xazor talk for a sec while I get the rest of the stuff ready."

::Verse walked his Bantha over to the shop. He hopped off and made is way in to finish getting the last of the supplies.::

Xazor nodded and smiled at Thanatos. He appeared to be a gentle person with a kind heart. He returned her smile and she looked down nervously for a moment before looking back up at him.

So, it is nice to be off of Yavin 4 for a while, isn't it?

She asked softly as she looked into his gentle eyes. She was so excited to find out more about their mission......she couldn't hide the anticipation on her face.

Thanatos shifted about a bit on top of the beast. He wasn't at all used to being on a Bantha, infact he'd never been on one before. Still though, he kept his cool and nodded lightly as Xazor spoke.

"I'm really looking forward to this, yup.."

The Padawans eyes scanned around slowly as his Master went off to get some supplies. He looked back to Xazor and smiled once more - it seemed he never really stopped smiling infact!

"Sure is good to be away from Yavin. This place is pretty cold, huh? The snow makes it look very beautiful though,"

As he looked at Xazor he couldn't help but laugh quietly to himself; her eyes showed the childish excitement and curiousity that he was feeling inside right now, and that was very comforting to know.

::Verse came out and put the supplies in his saddle bag. He pulled himself up and got comfortable. He smiled seeing his padawans getting along. Seems they all were smiling.::

"A'ight y'all two. Lets go."

::With that Verse's Bantha takes off. It runs down the trail at full speed. He looked back to see that the other two were following behind him. He touched his Bantha's side. He could feel the creatures excitment with the run. It hadn't done this in a while and loved the thrill. Verse smiled at ran on. He called to his padawans with the Force.::

The path we are taking goes straight to the town. It will be a straight shot. The trail may twist, but it doesn't branch.

Xazor smiled at Thanatos as the three of them set off. The Bantha she was on was a gentle creature, but very fast. The wind wipped through her blonde hair as it flew behind her. The coldness of the air around them cut at her face and she tried to take her hand off the rein long enough to fix the furs around her. She was succesful and then focused on the path ahead of them. She heard her Master through the Force, telling them about the trail they were on. It was a secure feeling to know that she probably couldn't get lost.

It is so beautiful here with the snow.....but yes, it is very cold. I have only saw snow one other time....

She said to Thanatos through the Force. She didn't even try to speak verbally for it would have been to difficult to understand at the rate of speed they were moving. Her eyes darted around and a grin consumed her expression as she took in everything her eyes could see. The snow made everything look flawless.....it covered everything and all you could see was pure whiteness. She couldn't help but daydream and drift in and out of memories from her visit to Hoth. Though she had only been there for a few days, she would never forget the beauty the barren planet possessed. This place reminded her of those times....though there was a friendlier sense this time. She was snapped back into reality as the beast under her picked up speed. She came up along side Verse and looked over at him with a smile.

Is this the main way of transport around here, Master? By Bantha on these trails?

She asked through the Force. Curiousity and excitement cloaked even her telepathic voice.

At first he was left behind as the they all started off on their trek, yet he quickly picked up speed and caught up. Atop the bantha he felt very proud - the beast was noble, strong and brove the worst of conditions, truly something to hold pride it and be instilled with awe because of.

Thanatos felt two things all at once. Excitement, that nervous kind you get when you experience something for the first time. The feeling of wanting to turn back, though knowing you never could because you really want to feel what could happen at any moment! Along side this was the feeling of awe at the landscape.

Though he could sense Verse and Xazor were conversing, he did not enter into the force spoken conversation, but instead remained silent. Taking in the scenery and surroundings was keeping him busy enough.

::Verse and his Padawans ran on. They would be at the town soon.::

This is the main way. The people here are poor. Few can afford Snow Speeders. This is life. Many places in the universe are not wealthy. Most barely get by.

::Verse stopped as they entered the town. He guided the group to a large stable. Inside was warm and many other Bantha were there. Verse payed for the stables use for a few days and looked at his padawan's.::

"Lets get goin'. Ra should be in the inn. We will go there next."

Xazor nodded, listening to her Master's instruction. She followed him as they began to walk.

I think we are quite fortunate to have all that we do, Master. If everyone is so poor, why don't we help them? There are so many Jedi, and so many poor people.....it just breaks my heart.

She said, recalling all of the poor that she had met in her life. Taking from them.....taking their lives.......yeah, she sure had helped them in the past. She shook the thoughts from her mind and focused on the present. She would try her best now, and give her whole self to the cause of their mission: helping people.

Thanatos gave his bantha a slap on the side for encouragement and thanks for the ride, smiling as it made a happy 'rour'-ing noise. Turning, he noticed Xazor and Verse had already started walking so jogged on after them, catching up quickly.

"The inn," he puffed out a breath of air, "Should be warm in there ... perhaps we can get some food,"

He chuckled. He'd have to remember to bring the bantha's a treat back from the innkeeper.

Yes, hopefully it will be warm in there and we shall be able to eat something.

She said looking back at Thanatos as he caught up to she and Verse. She smiled at him and continued walking toward the inn.
