Anybody that knows or uses FLASH

Can someone point me in the direction of any good sites for learning Flash or programs that are good to use for it?

One of my roommates is interested in learning Flash but hasn't been able to find a good tutorial site.

Here (http://hotwired.lycos.com/webmonkey/multimedia/shockwave_flash/tutorials/tutorial8.html) is a pretty decent Flash 5 tutorial. They also have tutorials for previous versions, in case you don't have Flash 5.

Macromedia. I'm learning it, and I know that can be used for FLash
