P.S. NRSF isn't seperate from the NR, right?

I'm wondering if all the groups are officially able to have shipyards and build?

I know the Ciz, TGE, NR and TSO have the required 5 but do the others?

I know that the Conclave is borderline. We aren't quite there but should be in the next few days.

ROK and DF I know have at least 5 members. I haven't seen anything from the Vagrant Order. I think they disbanded, not sure.

NRSF is in a slightly odd position. It's fairly heavily in with GJO as well as NR. It's more GJO at present, due mainly to whom are members and is a seperate RP entity to the NR.
