Less universally appealing, but certainly better than my Sabu

It's on UK Gold over the weekends I hear :)

Charley

And for those who are A-team deprived, he also played Lieutenant Reginald (Broccoli) Barclay in Star Trek: The Next Generation.

And funny...in both roles, he's got some kind of debilitating psychological disorder.

ReaperFett
Feb 19th, 2002, 03:26:36 PM
I remember the one where he had a "dog". At gunpoint, and fussing thin air :)

Charley
Feb 19th, 2002, 03:37:59 PM
Yeah...the imaginary dog was great.

Its funny to see what imaginary thing he's seeing or hearing in each episode, and also what weird t-shirt he has. Always something bizarre.

Broccoli. Where did they ever call Reg Broccoli? I've been trying to figure out the answer to that question since November of 1996, dang it! Hell, even my mom knows he's called Broccoli. In what episode did they call him Broccoli? It's driving me mad!

Seerrasseei Tsseerra
Feb 19th, 2002, 04:17:34 PM
don't care if you were the first to use it, I own it now and that's all that matters.....

Marcus Telcontar
Feb 19th, 2002, 05:17:40 PM
You only used a Waffle Iron in 10/2000???

Well actually I'm well remembering Yogurt belted someone with a waffle iron much eariler than that. Prior art nullifies your patent :p

It was the episode where that rare chemical in the medical supply pod caused the Enterprises systems to go haywire, such as the interlocks on warp drive, and altered the molecular structure of glass, etc. Barclay's first episode where he had a bad performance rating in engineering, and was experiencing difficulties interacting with people, taking out his frustrations in weird holodeck fantasies.

Can't say I remember the name of it though. Was on a few weeks ago on TNN.

Were I to have my ST Compedium with me I could look it up. But I remember the episode. Barclay was a great character, Schultz did good in that role.

Face was always my favourite, then Murdoch

Taylor Millard
Feb 19th, 2002, 06:26:39 PM
I liked Hannibal then Faceman.

Charley

Murdock, then B.A., then Hannibal, then Face

Lilaena De'Ville
Feb 20th, 2002, 02:39:58 AM
Murdoch was the best. I think I rate them the same as LL. I wasn't quite old enough to think Face was hot. ;)

I love the Barclay character though. :D And TNG is/was so much better than the following Trek series. Riker vs. Chakotay... need I say more?

Sith Ahnk
Feb 20th, 2002, 02:45:41 AM
DS9 had it's moments

Lady Vader
Feb 20th, 2002, 03:04:26 AM
I was just analyzing TNG, DS9, and V today. I came to the conclusion that at some point, DS9 and V would not have done so well, if it weren't for the fact that they kept throwing in TNG characters left and right (DS9 = Worf, O'Brien; V = Riker, Barcley, Troi (and I'm probably missing one more)). I mean, you never saw a DS9 person on V (that I can remember), or a V person on any other show (but then again, that would be kinda impossible unless they did some time travel paranormal paradox thingy-ma-jig).

Anyways, in conclusion, I was bored today while watching the original ST, and came across this analyzation.

:crack

Quark guest starred on the first episode of Voyager and that's the only time I can think a DS9 character was on V.

Plus, Q's appearances on DS9 and V helped too.

Wow...I wonder if he'll show up on Enterprise? That'd be cool...

And yes, Riker is cooler than Chakotay.

OH and: Hannibal, Face-man & Murdoch (tied now that I think about it) , then Mr. T.

Lady Vader
Feb 20th, 2002, 03:30:44 AM
Q! Dear ol Q! How could I forget Q! :cry

Random info: The dude that plays Quark was the principle of the Sunnydale highschool in Buffy... that is, until that assention big nasty snake looking thing ate him on graduation day. Boy, they sure brought down the house with that episode... well, more like brought down the entire school! Now wouldn't that be a fine ending for all the torterous years of schooling? :lol

School's out for summer! School's out forever! School's out...

...Ah ya get the point ;)

ReaperFett

Love how no FBI or anything ever checked Sunnydale about how many die or go missing every year :)

And why people still live there :)

Now they have their own little 'Secret Commando Guys' that run around. Strange neh? Buffy still kicks their ****'s!
