My last update from Pierce regarding them was a few weeks ago. Negociations were still underway at that time.

Okay, that explains that.

Might be an idea to link whatever rules are in force to a link in the Shipyards. Stop dumb questions like mine just now.

I have been planning to add them to the FAQ, but wanted to wait until the new ones were all ironed out and agreed to.

The search feature works very good here on vBulletin, so locating the old isn't really very difficult. :)
