I thought it was a good interview too.

It's interesting to contrast the kinds of things that he ways with the assumptions a lot of Lucas critics make. Lucas has money, and I'm sure he enjoys making money, but I don't think he's only in it for the money, and I don't think he bases his movies on the marketing value of the various elements.


I really liked the parts of the article that described Lucas (*gasp*) DIRECTING the movie. and oven talking to the actors. I keep reading this stuff from people who have no access and strong opinions that Lucas basically doesn't care what the actors do on screen, because he's too busy playing with his techie gadgets.


Anyway, it's a good article.
