Jehova, I'd be for such a rebellion if I thought it could be done well. There are lots of problems you'd have to surmount, such as the fact that males are for the most part uneducated and illiterate, and generally acclimated to how they're treated in society.

I've been brainstorming areas of Cizerack culture that could be explored, and I thought that the Female/manservant relationship could be expanded in a very cool way:

Bounty Hunters.

This would be an EXCELLENT adaptation of the dominant female and subservient male cycle. Essentially 2 characters creating one indivisible bounty hunter unit. The female...less physically powerful, but quite intelligent, and the male, less intelligent, but over twice as strong. Since Bounty Hunting is a legitimate form of law enforcement...it wouldn't be an affront to Cizeracks like piracy, smuggling, or other crimes against commerce. Not to mention, its pretty lucrative, so would be a common Cizerack endeavor. Not to mention...it just plain gets more Ciz out on the battleground :) always a plus.

The Carshoulis cluster is somewhat cosmopolitan, much like the rest of the galaxy. There is a smaller representation of most other races, most notably humans. But since the government of the Pride is rather unyielding, and Cizerack culture so overpowering...most alien races are kind of indoctrinated into that caste system.

Well, he'd likely have to be a half-breed, possibly raised by a human mother outside Carshoulis, maybe. If he were raised in the cluster, it would be really hard for him to get an education, since males are kept illiterate and uneducated. But also, he'd have to know enough about his heritage to want to change it, etc. I think the idea of a rogue is interesting, but I'm really trying to limit that kind of bandwagon. I mean, if everybody becomes a rogue male and all...it kinda becomes disproportionate in a way :\ Cizerack males aren't exactly the most opportunistic characters to play :mneh

But if anybody could do it, I'm sure it could be you.

Correct. Since the Cizerack as they exist in this RP universe is a joint creation between myself and Delirion, then we can put limitations on it as such.

Think of it like race and class restrictions in D&D. Yes, you "can" create a halfling barbarian, given that in "real life" anything can be possible. On the other foot, the halfling barbarian will get annihilated, so why bother. Also same reason why there are restrictions, handicaps, etc. Can't have a lawful barbarian, can't have a chaotic monk, etc.

If I say that there is something you can't do in relation to the Cizerack, don't try and be contrary just for the hell of it. There's a system there, and it needs some heed payed to it.
