It's quite easy to pick it up, just mess with all the options in Photoshop for a few days and you'll figure it out. There are also great tutorial pages out there to learn from.

Have you guys bought Photoshop or are you using a way to lengthen the period in which the downloaded version will work? I haven't been able to make a good image since my trial expired last year.
