In the void of space, the Imperial System Patrol Craft Dutiful broke its patrol route, veering off several hundred kilometers. It did so just in time, for a convoy of several Imperial freighters appeared into realspace along that hyperlane course, heading towards a planet in the Yavin system.
The freighters carried equal amounts of bacta and rylka, the rare, precious commodities which the Galactic Empire held the monopoly on.
Once the freighters appeared clear, the Dutiful returned to its patrol route.
