Due to the expansions of the Empire, it has been found that the worlds of the Empire require a slight defense upgrade to keep maximum efficiency of the TSE fleets. The following upgrades are to occur: Construction of one Defender class Battle Station and two Protector class platforms, to the following worlds using their respective construction yards:
Munto Codru, Fondor, Byss, Ord Mantel, Dilonexa XXIII, Bakura, Hensara III, Bespin, Kessel, and Xa Fel
Each planet's construction yards shall be occupied for the next twenty-three days (15 days for the Defender station; 4 for each Protector platform).
Defense net upgrade completion date: January 10th, 2002
