explain to Gue, that no matter how whack a system may be, when a Dominator star destroyer is directly on the other side of a planet and moving, and you are just on the other side of the planet, you can't go to hyperspace.

Could someone please explain to me what Lebron is trying to say in his post? If what you mean is that you can't go to hyperspace while next to a planet, you're right about that... the gravity field wouldn't let you.

If the planet's graviational field doesn't stop you, then the DSD's gravity well will. Either way...you're stuck until you can maneuver away

His gravity well ship is on the edge of the system, im near a planet, but nut in its field of gravity, its merly between my ship, an ssd, and his, appearently a dominator.

What I mean is that Gue tried to jump to hyperspace in an SSD, right next to a planet, where a dominator lie as well on the one side, coming up.

My Dominator is in the back of my lines. Not on the other edge of a system. Those are interdictors. Those are the reserve Armadas. My Dominator is powerful enough that I'll carry it into battle.

I don't really think that an 8 MGLT 12.8km SSD could outrun a fleet of ships which are both smaller and less smaller (and one that's the same size) by such a factor that it's put an entire planet's distance between it and the pursuing fleet.
