Remove announcement????

The annoucement regarding style sets has been up for over a week. Do we still need to keep it up there to remind people, or has it been up long enough?

We should avoid needlessly leaving annoucements (and sticky threads) up the top of forums, lest people grow to ignore them.

When I made it, I set it to a month in duration, but I think you are right, a week is probably long enough.
