After recent events I am seriously reconsidering another name change ...

... not for pure fun, boredom or anything like that, but rather to try and maintain a more personal connection with the posters.

I thinking of just renaming my username to plain old David - everyone is pretty much on first name terms with me now, and I'd like to keep it that way with newer posters too.

One of the downsides of renaming myself Kar Doniash is that everyone appears to have taken a step back and is now calling me 'Kar', which makes me feel a tad uncomfortable in today's climate.

I dunno - still thinking about it.

The ability to change usernames simply by editing it in the admin control panel is sweet. :)

Just have to remember to update the counters so that all previous posts are also updated with the name.
