I started construction on the Levi and the Sparrows on the 6th of October. So would they be done, or must I restart them?

Construction will continue at 250 meters a day until new rules are finalized. I don't know the length of this Leviathan, but I do know that the number of sparrow fighters is cut by 1/3rd.

Levi =1500 meters. Done on the 12th. From one yard.
Sparrows= 7.5 (4 Squads) Finished on the 7th. One yard.
