With these alterations:
1. Added in a section regarding the star ranks to save us constantly reiterating what they stand for.
2. Modified the Avatar definition with the 150x150 limitation in size (not 180x180), as well as the limit on the filesize (15k) for uploading.
3. Added a bit in the 'spam' definition about how admins can edit/deleted post totals of users who abuse their posting.
That's it I think. In my haste I forgot to correct a spelling mistake made by Ogre (vBulliten). :p
