The Fleet and Planetary asset thread has brought a new question to my mind, which I would like some clarification on. As mentioned by Cir/Sanis/Anbira the other day, it takes 5 unique members to classify any "group" as recognized by SWFans.

I would like to see, within this thread, over the next few weeks, at least five unique members from each group post and state their group affiliation, which is also acceptable as more than one per individual person with either a single character or multiple characters, though the number of five members in any single group cannot be multiples of the same person.

A single person can be affiliated with more than one group.

Perhaps after all the names have been tallied up and the official groups are recognized, there could be a link system put at the bottom of the board like the one at TGC. Something like that could come in VERY handy to let everyone know every single one of the groups that exist at SWFans, and what sort of group they are.

I may consider one for the top of this forum only, but I cannot do one at the bottom of the board. This place is more supported by the RPF forum that the RP ones and such a thing as you propose would have to be on every forum and we can't do that.

Can one person from each group that did have the required 5 members making them a recognized SWFans group please make one post here stating the name of the group as well as it's abbreviation? I only need one person to post from each group, just to let everyone know that their group is "official".

1. The screen name was chosen many years ago, well before SWFans.net even existed, as a nickname for various chats and user groups. I chose the name because of my like of Star Wars, and my musical abilities. I decided to continue to use the name when I joined this board.

2. The pic is of Ulic Qel-Dromma, not Exar Kun. It was chosen because I happen to like the pic... simple as that. I've had many pics in my signature over the past two+ years, all of which have little to do with the Modal Nodes.

Well, there really is nothing wrong with what Figrin did. If I acted like the Nichos Marr from the Star Wars novels, I'd be pretty boring. Instead I've molded the character into a self centered braggart who can show that he has a good heart at times.

There isn't any rule or commandment on having to act or look (for that matter) how your character looks or acts like in Star Wars.

Hence, I stick by my line. To each his own
