I've gotten the error a few times too. :\

I too have gotten the error several times, and am not certian what it is. My gut tells me that its a connectivity issue betweeen the board software and the databse(which appear to be in totally seperate locations on the host site, since I am still unable to locate any sign of the database in folders that we have access to on the host site.

As for how to proceed, I am really not certian, but believe that contacting the host is the best course of action if it continues.
