I think I know who it is. My wife has a friend, and her sister is the one in question, I think. I'll email her and find out. It's actually her dad's house, and I guess the thing is COVERED in SW stuff. She takes care of it for him. I met both of them around a year or so ago, but he's not on the board anymore, I don't think, and she's never been on it. I'll get back to you with more.
