What with all these affordable blaster parts popping up, I'm getting ready to start working on my denix. Couple of quick questions for all of you. I've seen a few with the barrel through flash suppressor design and I really like the look of them. Is the barrel of the denix hollow or solid? Second question how much of the barrel do you cut off for a Han ESB blaster?
Thanks all.

The barrel on the Denix is solid, as far as how much barrel you cut off goes that depends on who's flash
suppressor your using and what movie design blaster your doing.

exactly what gojira said.
If you are using a barrel through design, none of the barrel is to be cut off.
If you are not using this on the ESB or ROTJ then it depends on the maker of the hider.
GK doesn't have any removed.
ANH Hero depends on the maker.

the barrel is actually partially hollow if i am not mistaken. about the first inch or so is hollow. granted you have to take the orange stopper out of it but thats trivial.
gojira is right about how much to take off though, it depends on which muzzle you are going to use.

So, you basically snap off the site, drill through the entire flash hider,
(I guess dia. is different for different makers, what about Yodashouse?)
and drill into the barrel a little bit so it has the illusion of being hollow?
