Hello and welcome. Sorry you have come in at such an inopportune time. We are usually a very upbeat group with TONS of info about ANYTHING you could possible imagine relating to props. However, the unfortunate events of yesterday have obviously far overshadowed our interest in props, but stick around and I think you will find this to be a GREAT place to hang out once we get back to normal!

BTW, are you a big Boba Fett fan? Sorry, couldn't help but to ask...

Geesh, a girl comes to the board and we all fall over ourselves
to get aquainted. Well it's that dang testosterone poisoning we
have.

Welcome Julie. Dut to events of the past all new people are asked to
tell us about themselves so that we have an idea with whom we are talking.
There used to be an "Introduce yourself" thread but am not sure if it's still
around. Anyways it would be nice if you could please tell us when, how , why
and such of how you got involved in props, what you want to accomplish,
stuff like that.

Usually you would have been givien this info already but everyone was busy
tripping over their tongues. Now that I am done, and hopefully made a good
impression, I will go stuff my tongue back into my mouth. :lol:

The caution some are expressing is due largely to the fact that this board has been 'trolled' before by people who use the guise of an attractive woman to play games. Newcomers are always watched closely. "Too good to be true" is a motto that we pay close attention too. From looking at your personal quote and pic I am still waiting for the other shoe to drop. The 'prop geek' is an easy target for a pretty face ESPECIALLY if that face shares our unusual hobby.
So, if you could tell us a little about yourself like what your interest in props is and what you collect it would go a long way into getting you started in our little community. Also, do we know your friend that pointed you out to us? If it was me I think I would be starting a new thread that said "Hey guys, look who I brought". If all is legit then welcome aboard.
