I need to sell my complete DARTH MAUL costume that was bought from Kropserkel not too long ago, and thought I'd offer it first to the RPF before trying EBAY in case someone here wanted it for Halloween. I will take best offer. I Payed over $450 for it all, and its not worn, just stuck onto a mannequin as a display. It consists of these parts: Full Latex mask by Rubies, Under-tunic, Outer Tunic with long sleeves, pants, Boots (size 9), Sith Gloves, Darth Maul wide belt and working Hasbro maul saber. If the images dont work for you, send me an email, and I will send them to you.

Also - The first picture is of the maker of the costume wearing the same costume that I have with different gloves and boots, and a painted face. Also this will fit anyone from 5"8 to 6"2 tall and 160-230 lbs. Boots size 9

just a heads up, but since you already have the majority of the urls typed out, you can just add <img src= to the beginning and a > after the .jpg, checkmark the html format, and itll load the pics anyway.

i took a look at a few. looks awesome. you made a good maul

Dammit...!

Right costume, WRONG time for me....
What's up with people offering Kropserkel costumes up at the same time???

Crud.

When I saw the first Kropserkel costume go up for sale, it just reminded me that now is the right time to offer this up..I also just got the Pepsi Fritolay Darth Maul Statue for a pretty good price too, so that helps ease the pain of loosing my friend here. Sorry, I added in so many pics...guess its better to have more than not enough pics.

Uh ... it seemed that there was a general understanding on this forum
that prop or costume makers would NOT be named in a sale unless they
gave the seller permission to use their name !!!!!

After the G.F legal drama...... well, need I say more ?

Randy, you might want to consider editing your post.

I'd have to say there'd be an exception where this costume is concerned, as pretty well MOST of the components could be reproduced with a standard black Karate gi...

With the exception of the outer cloak, there's NO cloth element that screams "custom-designed trademark of LFL"...

What GF was reproducing is another matter altogether... ;)

Darth Bill ... comment's noted, but I still feel we should all refrain from
posting the prop/costume maker's name without their permission.

It's only "good manners" during these turbulent times on the RPF... as the
studio trolls are still out there. Witness today's threads from the bogus
"Julie Jade" poster who was just unmasked as a fraud. "She" was asking
around for SW costume makers ....

I dont think it matters in this case, he has since stopped making any Star Wars related props or costumes, so I seriously doubt you can do anything to someone if they have done the "Cease and desist" making of LFL related items. Besides, how else can I convey the quality of the costume if you dont know which excellent costumer made this!?

LFL knew awhile back of him anyways, so its not spilling the beans, he even got a letter from someone at ILM saying it was a great costume.. there has never even been a C&D letter, he just stopped on his own.

How can people even argue this point.
If there is a prop maker out there...no matter what he/she/they make...do not mention there name without permission !
end of story.
legal matters do not just go away.
