Who makes Icons display case??

Can someone help me out and let me know who
makes the best reproduction lightsaber display case and
plaque?
Also, information like their e-mail address, web site and cost.
Simply put I need a replacement Icons saber case and plaque.

I have three cases that are identical to the Icons cases, but simply lack the actual sabre cradle.

I picked them up for a shockingly low price, and would likewise like to let them go at a low price, too. I bought five, used one, one is cracked.

I'm not here to undermine anyone else, so if you have expressed interest in the earlier source on this thread, stand by it. However, if more folks need one, let me know via the thread.
