Hello,
Due to the recent success I've had with the current "torch cut" parts that are now available.
And to show my continued devotion to offering YOU the ultimate, real base submachine gun used for the stormtrooper blaster.
I am offering a sale for the L2A3's, the cost, $900.
This is good from now until the end of October.
Please email me if you have any questions. JAMIEMAIL@webtv.net
Thanks, JAMIE

That was a great response from BD. Ha ha ha. Wish I could have taken advantage of the deal when I had mine done. Good luck, Jamie (and David).

We've got some pics of it in it's "sandblasted" form.....somewhere on my FTP server.....they are "BEFORE" shots.
We don't have it finished yet, as work has gotten in the way of fun :(
It rocks!!! ...the sterling, that is  And we'll post a review when we get the chance to do it right!
Snatch 'em up people, and send 'em to David to make him cry

i have a question. for $900 what do you get? the whole blaster completed? or do you have to buy the parts kit and then send it in for conversion?
the goat is confused.

For $900 you get a real, functional,non-firing sterling l2A3 Mk4 sub-machine gun.
I dont do the star wars "blaster" side of it.
For the SW conversion I would highly recommend the young man above, DAVID (aka BOBADEBT) who said he was going to kill me.

I never saw my sterling unconverted, but here are some conversion progress photos I was given.

This is a good deal if you can get in on it. I paid a bit more earlier this year.

Jerry,
Is BD doing your conversion for you? Just curious as to who's work that is. Cool pics. Thanks for sharing.

Rob-
That is definately David's handiwork. I'd recognize those methods anywhere. ;) :)

Yes, that is correct! In fact, if you go to his site (here (http://home.newbernnc.com/bobadebt/Weapons/Stormtrooper%20Blaster/stormtrooper_blaster_main.htm)), the E-11 pictured is mine. This was from several months ago, and I still love it. In fact, I'm going to get it out of the case and check it out again after I post this.

Jerry,
Thanks for the picture links.
Cliff, just wanted to see the receiver evolution.
If someone has pictures of ohio ordnance's current torched parts, please post them here for comparison.
